There is no stopping of the endless saga of here we go kinda news on Superstar Mahesh's upcoming Movie. Although the media announced n-dates for the movie's launch, the makers have prefered to maintain a strategic silence over the same. Its been 14 long months since the Superstar Mahesh's Athidi has released and the fans allover the world are very keen about this movie's take-off!

The pre-production works are going at a rapid pace now. A village set is being erected at Nashik, where major part of the Movie will be shot. Once everything is finalised the unit will be leaving to Rajasthan and later shift to Nashik. It will be a 35 day schedule in Rajasthan and another 30 day schedule in Nashik without any breaks except for the travelling. Almost 90% of the talkie will be wrapped up in these two schedules. Two songs and action sequences will be canned in Namibia and the rest of the songs will be shot in Hyderabad.

One team is in Mumbai where the hunt for the second female lead is going on in. The sets made at Annapurna Studios will be moved to Rajasthan shortly. Fight Master Vijayan is back from Namibia and will be finalising his dates for this action packed comedy entertainer. On the other hand Manisharma has given few tunes out which two have been finalised and Sirivennala Seetharama Sastry is penning the lyrics for the same. Prince Mahesh will be leaving to Australia on January 5th, where a new ThumsUp ad will be shot for a week. Mahesh will be entering the sets only from the second week of January, meanwhile a 10 day schedule which will not require Mahesh will be completed in Hyderabad.

Since the outdoor schedules require bulk dates of the huge cast & crew and involves very high production costs, the Director and Producer are planning the two schedules to perfection. Superstar Mahesh fans need not panic about the delay news on the media as the makers are planning to complete whole movie in a four month span once the camera starts rolling.

“I feel proud and happy to receive Nandi award in the presence of my father here,” Mahesh Babu said in delight after receiving best actor award for year 2005 for the film Athadu. "

"This is my fifth Nandi in my career and I am happy to receive the award second time from the hands of YS Rajashekar Reddy,”

he said. He didn’t vouch for the government nor did he praised or uttered any word about politics contrary to the speculations.

Mahesh Babu said that Athadu is personal favorite among all his movies in his career.

For the first time, the awards ceremony is held on a grand scale at the huge L.B.Stadium as the Government as it is planning to rope in the superstar for their campaign in the next elections.

Athidi (Mahesh Babu) is an orphan rescued by a Delhi couple when he was a kid. The couple also has a little daughter.



But in a mishap, Athidi is framed as killer of the couple who gave him the shelter. He goes to the jail as a kid and grows up there. After releasing from Jail, he takes up the mission of eradicating evil elements in the society.



He is in the search of two people. One is the daughter of the couple and the other one is the Kaizer who killed the couple. The rest of the story is all about how he locates them and finishes off the work.

Superstar Mahesh Babu, heartthrob of millions of fans worldwide is pretty stylish with his new hairdo in the latest blockbuster "Athidi".



He continued same reckless characterization/mannerisms he enacted in Pokiri. He made sure that he mixed entertainment in fights in first half.

Probably this is the first film in which Mahesh created comedy by getting drunk. He is pretty cool at it.



Director Surender Reddy: Director used new technique efficiently to narrate the film. He is pretty creative when it comes to shoot action episodes.



The way he has shown the future of the goons in the first fight is highly creative.



The same goes with the scene in which an unsolicited home loan call disturbs the villain when he is highly tensed.

Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram’s film is finally going to the sets. From October 15th, it will begin its regular shoot in the deserts of Middle East.

Bhrain the island country in the Persian Gulf, is the place chosen for its first schedule. According to our sources, the unit will be leaving to Bahrain to shoot the major action episodes there in the deserts.

Two song would also be canned there on Mahesh and Parvati Melton. Manisharma is scoring the music

After finishing the Bahrain schedule, the unit will straight away head for Rajasthan and complete another schedule there. The film is a romantic action drama.

Search for another heroine is on as Tamanna expressed her displeasure for giving her second lead.

Producer Singamala Ramesh is making a film Varudu with Trivikram Sreenivas .

As for filmnagar sources, Producer is paying Rs8 crores for Mahesh Babu for this film as remuneration.

Director Trivikram Sreenivas is taking Rs4.5crores as remuneration.

The total budget for making this film is estimated as Rs30 crores.

Also Trivikram Sreenivas has selected Parwathi Melton as one of the female lead in this film.

Prince' Mahesh Babu who is all set to begin his next venture 'Varudu' under the direction of the talented Trivikram Srinivas will soon be traveling to Rajasthan.

This is not for a holiday but to begin the regular shooting of the film in the historic state.

The schedule is expected to begin sometime during the end of this month. Mahesh will have enough glamour competition from his leading ladies Parvati Melton and the milk white beauty Tamannah.

UTV motion pictures , one of the biggest corporate film brands in India, is expanding into South. It has decided to produce more fimls in Telugu and Tamil. UTV has already entered into Telugu with Mahesh Babu’s Athidhi but this time it is directly involving in the production. Their next film in Telugu is with Mahesh Babu again and Gowtham Menon would direct it. Ram Mirchandani of UTV confirms that the project will go off in a couple of months. Gowtham Menon is currently finishing his tamil film with Surya - Vaaranam Aayiram. After that he will be moving to Mahesh Babu’s film.

Bollywood's latest sensation Sunil Patel has been roped in to handle the camera for Superstar Mahesh' s upcoming movie.

Sunil Patel's camera work has impressed everybody in the recent times. His projects include Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, Hum Tum, Salaam Namaste, Bachna Ae Haseeno and critically acclaimed Anuranan.

Director Trivikram will be leaving to chennai for Music sittings with Manisharma later this week.

When contacted the director about who is playing the female lead among the two heroines signed, he said that both the female leads Parvathi Melton and Tamanna will be having equal role in the movie and there is no such thing as first heroine and second heroine.

It has almost been a year since Mahesh painted grease on his face. His fans are worrying that they will not have the chance to see him for another year as Mahesh’s new film will only release next year

But Superstar Krishna assures that fans need to worry as Mahesh Babu has okayed three projects and all of them would release in just two years.

Krishna met the press today (August 6, 2008) at his residence and spilled the beans about Mahesh Babu’s movies..

“My son has okayed three movies. Immediate project will be Trivikram's and it will go to the sets this month. Towards the end of this year, he will also begin Gowtham Menon’s film and then he has Puri Jagannadh’s movie in 2009.

These are confirmed projects. All the directors have narrated the script,” Krishna reveals.
